Getting set up is light. You share your brand, we build branded samples, you sign off, and your documents render in your look from then on. Here’s what to expect — and what to have ready.

How onboarding goes

  1. You share your brand — the materials below.
  2. We build branded samples — a deck and/or document in your look.
  3. You review — we iterate until it’s right.
  4. You sign off, we go live — every new document renders in your brand.

What you’ll provide

  • Brand name — exactly as it should appear.
  • Brand colours — at least a primary text colour and an accent; ideally your full palette (hex values or your brand guide).
  • Logos — a light-background and a dark-background version (transparent PNG or SVG, high-res).
  • Fonts — the typefaces for headings and body.
    • Standard fonts (Arial, Georgia, Times New Roman, and the like) — just tell us the names.
    • A custom or brand-specific font — send the font files and confirm you’re licensed to use them, so we can render every output (including video and previews) in your exact type.
  • Optional but helpful — a sample document you like, and the contact who signs off.

Your data, handled properly

We render on your behalf and store results securely. Generated files are retained for a limited window and inputs are purged sooner; custom fonts are used only to render your documents. On offboarding we remove your brand and purge your data per your agreement. See our security one-pager for the details.

Ready when you are — get in touch and we’ll help you pull these together.
